RADICLEAN-L3 is a heavy duty low foaming acidic de-scaling cleaner for interior cleaning in beverage, breweries, hospital and dairy industry for cleaniAng of organic, inorganic soils and scale deposits of commonly found in equipment, Dairy Pasteurizer, bright beer tanks, road tankers, PHEs (plate type heat exchangers), Copper or Steel tubes and Fins of condensers or air-conditioned chiller, cold milk surfaces and bottle / dish rinsing aid for shining and alkali neutralization.
RADICLEAN-L3 is an organic acid or salt based liquid de-scalant that rinses off alkaline residue and aids in
removal of lime scales and acid soluble residues. It is used in a wide range of applications and is suitable for use on aluminum, cast iron, mild steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, Monel and other cu-alloys. It is added with surfactants, de-foamer and suitable organic inhibitors to prevent acid attack on metallurgy. It is compatible with PHE gasket and it’s adhesive.

DOSAGE METHOD
RADICLEAN-L3 is typically used at about 60°C to 80°C at 0.2-0.7% w/w on milk/beverage side for usual F&B and dairy CIP applications, the concentration depends on the type of application, degree of soil and water hardness.
For carrying out water line PHE descaling 5-10% w/w concentration of RADICLEAN-L3 should be made in preheated water at 70°C to 80°C for re-circulation, dip method or fill and soak method, followed with
neutralization and Passivation with RADICLEAN PASSIV.
Note: At lower temperature foam may be generated. Thoroughly rinse after use from all food and beverage
contact surfaces.
HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
Use proper human safety products such as Splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots while
handling and applying chemicals. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing, wash with water thoroughly after handling. In case of eye contact, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected.
STORAGE
RADICLEAN-L3 should be stored in original containers in cool and dry place, away from sources of heat, flame and direct sunlight.

SHELF LIFE : 24 Months, if stored properly.
