Passivating Compound
INTRODUCTION
OMET–PASSIVE is a Passivating solution. It is used at the end of Phosphating Process. Chromate based Passivation improves corrosion prevention property and reduces tendency of blistering of the base metal or pores in the phosphate coating.
MODE OF APPLICATION
- Concentration : 250-500 ml in 100 Ltrs. bath
- Temperature : 60-650C
- Dip Time : 15-20 Sec. standard (or variable as required)
PACKING : 20/25/35/50 Ltrs. HDPE Jar
